Pouching Foil Seal Equipment Detection

Pouch sealing equipment for a wide variety of foil pouches. The 4 station rotary head utilizes a heavy duty indexer for optimum production and operator performance. A specific and unique task is accomplished at each station. This four-station system is designed to open premade pouches and bags of all barrier material types and sizes, including Tyvek and foils. It can accommodate widths up to twelve inches, or multiples thereof. With manual, automatic and integrated modes of operation; the Pouchmaster XII readily meets the specific needs of each job.

The Pouchmaster can process pouches and bags that are 12" wide by 12" long and anything smaller. This includes multiples thereof (i.e. 2 each 6" wide pouches or 4 each 3" wide pouches) per machine cycle and provide 10 to 60 PPM. It's compact design (4' x 5') allows ergonomic manual product loading and Integration to Automatic Product fillers. This 4 Station PLC controlled system provides continuous control of Intermittent motion and is self diagnostic governed by alarm limits, and calibration firmware. IQ and OQ Validation protocols are also included.
